You need to provide your registration information to complete the account registration and create a password, including the country, address, personal email, phone number, working years, area code, postal code, auto repair qualification certificate, and ASE certificate, which authenticates the expert qualification. This information is processed as necessary for the performance of our contract with you, to create and maintain your user account.
According to your device model and granted permissions in the process of installation and use our products, we collect and use the information of your device, including the equipment serial number, software version, hardware version, equipment password, lower computer serial number, network status, current equipment time, IP address, Mac address, user update and renewal fees, etc.
Depending on the specific activities you conduct through our product, we collect and use the information of your equipment, including the data stream, mileage, fault code, freeze frame, VIN, model, year, engine, etc.
Depending on the specific activities you conduct through our product, we will collect your location information to implement some functions, for example, the VCI/VCMI equipment pairing and connection.
